So we order cups from this company well in advance for our family reunion on July 4, 2009 (a Saturday).

They call us up on Monday and say, oh, we're sorry we can't get them to you on the date you requested. We can get them to you on July 9th. How's that?



Errr...thanks customer-no-service. They party is on July 4th. It's an Independence day party. It's a family reunion. What do we want them for on July 9th?
