It is really terrible. They don't do any work. My boiler is broken. The boiler is 15 years warranty. They called other plumbers to come. All the plumbers don't have knowledge about the boiler. Plumbers cannot fix the boiler and asked for $1200.00. We tell plumbers to ask the management because management called the plumbers to com to fix the boiler. Plumbers refused to ask the management. I called management. They always didn't pick up the phone. I paid $2700 a year for maintaince. They did not do any work for me. My husband called them that we will withhold our maintaince fee. The management said okay, don't pay.
