Rude and nasty people! Overpriced as well.

This store has a lot of useful parts and accessories that you won't find at staples or radio shack. you can find accessories that are hard to come by. i also got a good deal on a 1 TB hard drive thats been working well for the six months that i've had it.

My laptop crashed and they made it even worse, they hardly bothered fixing it and get the files back. I got new drive from them and to make it even worse that drive crashed again two months later. I only use the lap for school, words and excel.



So I went back there and they did not try to give me a good service or say this was a mistake, they blamed me for this and they took the hard drive back to send it to Toshiba.



They said we will call you when we will get it back in maximum one month. Now 3 months later I had to go back there and tell them I had not get the hard drive back or the phone call. The guy just handed me a new hard drive in bag and said it costs $ 55 to install it. I was amazed that he did not try to assist me, instead he got furious and started telling me, you would not get a new car from a car sale if you crash it. Ohh men...



Now I will take my lap to a new shop, because I will never let them get over my laptop and make it worse,



Worst service I have ever had and very amateur business...don��t trust them for your hardware.
