SCAM! Don't believe their advertised prices. They will not sell you the product for that unless you agree to buy overpriced accessories and pay hidden fees like insurance.

I had ordered a Panasonic Digital and waited for an email response. I got a phone call. They tried to sell me another battery. Then they charged a shipping /insurance fee after listing as free shipping. I cancelled my order due to the rise in price of camera. They did not give me a hard time on cancelling, but need to be more up front on the original order.

My camera was delivered today, 8 days after ordering. I ordered on Sunday, called Wednesday afternoon and was assured "It will ship today." It shipped Thursday night.I had paid for three day shipping, but after waiting to ship 4 days, I didn't receive the camera the same week.I was told that the camera wouldn't work longer than 20 minutes on standard batteries. It has been working 3+ hours on the stock non-rechargable batteries.I was offered a "battery pack and charger" for $70, and bought 4 NiMH batteries and charger from Target for $20. THERE IS NO BATTERY PACK. The camera, Canon S5 IS, accepts AA cells only.I will never trade with them again, I will tell everyone about them. Join the crowd!

Ordered a Sony Handycam Camcorder and paid for overnight delivery. The ad online says it comes with a battery.But when you order it says to call &confirm your order.That's so they can get you to order a battery because supposedly the battery it comes with only last 20mins. Well when I told him I didn't want the battery he insulted me by telling me I must drive my car without oil and gas. And tells me, "Oh you are so intelligent." I could not believe it and don't tell them you want to cancel your order. I was told I couldn't and hung up on. I called back 20 ..yes 20 times trying to obtain the manager's names, VP names or anyone in management and I was hung up. Someone has to be the head of this company. I filed a complaint with the BBB. BUYERS BEWARE!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SCAM ARTISTS!!!!

Broadway advertises a camera (Sanyo HD1A) on their site for $496. Under Included Accessories they list 1-Year Limited Warranty. Also nowhere on ad does it say its an (Import). I called to place the order & was forced to purchase an extended warranty & battery in order to get a (US version) camera. I was told the one advertised on their site is an import version & comes with no warranty. (FALSE Advertisement) I was told the extended 5-year warranty covers accidental damage & the battery is an extended life (better than 1200mAh). I placed the order. Few days later I received it. I read the extended warranty card & it does not cover accidental damage & the battery is only 1000mAh. I call to return the warranty & battery. They will not let me return both (only one or other). Because that is how or why I got the (US ver) camera. They want to charge me a 5% restocking fee to return what was wrongly sent to me. They are not willing to work with me & I believe this is false advertisement. BBB
