I am very unhappy with the service after the sale. Pieces were missing or unmatched to the dining room set. Twice new sets ordered and twice they did not match. I also have been waiting over a month to recieve an ottaman that was ordered to go with chair. When I called to check on order I was told I would have to pay an additional shipping cost to get it delivered now. This was not discussed at time of purchase. I feel my complaints are not important to them as I have had to call repeatedly to get information when they could have just returned my phone calls to begin with. My Father is so upset he wanted to return all the furniture in the beginning and I asked him not to do so thinking the situation would be taken care of and I regret that decision. It did not get better and my confidence in T.H. Perkins has been tested and they failed to live up to their reputation.
