Nails 4 You

DON'T USE THIS BUSINESS. I went there once before for a shellac manicure which was done poorly and overlapped my cuticles so as soon as my nails started growing out, the shellac started peeling off. I said that I would never go back but I needed some shellac removed that was put on at a different salon and I thought, what damage can they do if I go back. I WAS WRONG. The first employee put my nails in the acetone soak and never came back because he started working on another client. Finally another person came and instead of pushing the polish off as I am used to, she used an electric file taking off a layer of nails. Then she used a VERY course nail file to remove the remaining polish from the nails. When she did the edges of the nails, she was looking around and scraped off some skin. She put deep scratches in the surface of my nails, told me to wash my hands and I was done. When I got to the parking lot and saw the condition of my nails, I immediately went to another salon. There, they tried to lightly buff out the scratches on one of my nails but I was told that the scratching had already seriously weakened my nails and they did hot want to buff any further. I was advised to keep trimming them until I had full regrowth from the nail bed and avoid any polish until then. My nails are paper thin and are severely scratched and gouged. This time I have learned....I will never go back again.

My feet were burned at my pedicure a week ago and the manager could not have cared less. He kept telling me I should only be under the lamp 10 minutes. I said I was only under as long as the guy told me to be. So, not only did they not apologize but they blamed me! I couldn't wear shoes the next few days and had to roll up my jeans because it hurt for anything to touch my skin. I will never do business with this place again. Horrible, horrible experience.

The utensils used are not clean at all. The lady washed the callus removal tool in the water that was soaking my feet. That's very disturbing. Manager was on his phone watching TV and never asked how I was doing during my pedicure. After this experience, I'm going back to my original nail place.

"The owner tracked me on facebook to correct me about my horrible experience and service. That is the most unprofessional thing ever. Customers are entitled to their own opinion. The owner felt it was necessary to correct me about how much I paid. Yes, I know I paid $80 for two people, and yes that is almost a hundred if you can round it up. It was very insulting how he had to "add" the math indicating that I was stupid. He stated that my review was incorrect and next time I should review with correct information. I'm sorry but was it my fault that their technician messed up on my nails and didn't even bother to check up on me nor did she even bother to turn on the drying lamp for me? After the nails had to dry without the lamp the nails looked worst and I had to clip my nails because she clipped my nails unevenly. He stated that if I was not saticified that I could have requested for another technician, the problem was there were only two technicians available at the time of my manicure. Is it not the owners job to make sure that their customers are satisfied? Also I was generous enough to include a tip for my friends technician who actually did a good job. The owner felt he had to correct on 5 different things. 1st, how much I paid. 2nd, callus removal is an additional 5 dollars and stating that I received that free. 3rd, requesting another nail technician when there were only 2 available at the time of my manicure. Maybe if the owner paid less attention on his phone and focused more on his customers, he would have noticed these problems. 4th, to question me why I got more service if I was so displeased, the pedicure was fine but the manicure's final results and service was poor. 5th, to write a correct review. That is very unprofessional on so many levels and very insulting to say the least. I will make sure to tell all my friends, coworkers, and family to avoid any of these nails salons. Unfortunately, this experience had to happen, and unfortunately the owner has to have such a poor execution of how to handle an unsatisfied customer. If the owner keeps harassing me on facebook about my review, then I will take further actions legally."

"This place is not the best. I paid almost 100 only to get unprofessional service for a mani and pedi. My nail technician did not take her time. She rushed through everything and didn't even paint my nails well because I can see where there are spots with barely any paint. She bossed me around a little and she didn't even turn on the drying lamp for my nails. She just left in a hurry and the manager didn't even do anythjng. Plus they charged me an extra 5 for removing calluses. I have never even heard of that nonsense. One of the worst parts about the experience was that the technician massaged my calves and she pushed so hard against my bone that I just wanted the experience to get over. I didn't receive a foot massage like how others did. My technical didn't even conversation with me. The only significant words she said were I need you to pay before i finish your nails. I am never come back to any of this owners nail salons. I know he owns 7 within the area and I don't plan on coming to those salons. Terrible service. Terrible experience."

The information on their web site about cleanliness is very deceiving. At no time was a clean instrument used on me. The file had been used previously, not sure about the buffer but the nipper that she removed from her drawer had cuticle on it already. All the instruments went back into the drawer after use. They were not put in a special bag for me next time nor were they cleaned. The tech and the owner got in a disagreement (you could tell from the expressions on their faces) in their native language which I found rude. They were impatient and did not listen regarding my color choice and the gel polish was put on so thick right over my cuticle that now that the nail is growing out, the ridge of gel is unsightly so I will not wait the 2 weeks to have this removed. I would not recommend this place simply because of the lack of concern re: disinfection.

I love to come to nails 4 you because the place is organize, the job was done right, the prices are not high, they have free wi-fi, the staffs are friendly and nice, it is so close by, that is why I love you guys.

I'm 60 years old and it is really hard for me to cut my own toe nail. I went to foot doctor and they charged me a lot to cut my Big Toe Nail. I can't afford it every month because I don't have a good job, but when I found out Nails 4 You a place by my house and I went to try them out. They did a great job on my feet and their prices are way cheaper than a foot doctor's and I also left them a big tip. Thanks a lot

I got a gift certificate from my wife for Father's Day to get a pedicure and manicure at Nails 4 You and they did such a nice job on my feet she gave me a great massage on my hand. This is my first time getting them done and I love it. What a treat from my wife, thanks a lot honey

I don't have nice finger nails because I bite them a lot but when I went to nails 4 you, Sandy put on a new set for me so i would stop bitting my nails and they turn out beautiful. I love them a lot. The place is nice and clean compare to others places I've been to.

I get my nails done every 2-3 weeks there and they did such a good job on my nails. I usually go to Tom, he always does my nails and they would last up to a month. I really love that place. It is always clean. Thanks to Sandy ( the boss)
