Brookfield Massage

If I could give zero starts, I certainly would. I had purchased a livingsocial coupon for a massage and made an appointment online. I had to wait 5 weeks for the appointment and when I showed up, there was no one there. I called the phone number no less than 4 times, left several messages, stopped by Clark Richard Salon that Melissa Lindgren shares the building with and got an email address. I emailed her and still no response. Still, I decided to give her one more opportunity to make things right. I booked another appointment, waited another 4 weeks, and ended up being stood up yet again. I called and left another message. Still no response. I have confirmation emails for the appointments. I don't understand how she thinks she can run a successful business when there is no communication and no reliability. Avoid. Not worth the wasted time and effort! Absolutely no courtesy.

Remarkably relaxing mid-day massage! I completed so much more work after the stress disappeared! I would highly recommend Brookfield Massage to anyone looking for an improvement in their life!
