Personal Touch Auto Body

I went to Personal Touch to get an estimate on work that needed to be done on my husband's car due to someone hitting him. Mike happened to be outside and I told him it would be an insurance claim. He asked what insurance and I told him it would be Liberty Mutual. He said he hated Liberty Mutual but was sweet as pie to get us in the door. He explained how his office would take care of everything etc. We met and spoke with Lisa who was great! She did give me some incorrect information regarding rental car taxes but that was minor issue. Lisa asked that I bring in the car Thursday morning so Liberty Mutual adjuster could come and see the car which I did. I never dealt with insurance issues or leaving a car at an auto repair so I was following their lead. My mistake was leaving the car there after the insurance adjuster came and took pictures. Liberty Mutual didn't immediately approve a rental car so my husband had to use my car since his car was in the shop and they had started working on it. We instructed Liberty Mutual to mail the check directly to the auto repair shop. I went in because some forms needed to be signed. Apparently I signed an estimate that was blank. Honestly I don't remember doing it but my signature is on the form. Finally the rental car was approved. I called the office to ask Lisa something and Mike answered the phone. I identified myself and the car that was at his shop. First words out of his mouth was " Did you receive the check?". I said no and he hung up on me. It took a full week before the check arrived. Based solely on my experience with Mike I would never use that shop again nor would I recommend it. Lisa and Alison were great!! They run the office well enough that Mike should stay away from the office!

I just had my car fixed by Personal Touch Auto Body, First off Mike and Allison are the bomb!! They made getting my car hit a positive experience...excellent business owner. Not only did they paint the car perfectly, but they touched up other areas that were not part of my accident!!! Shout out to everyone who repaired and painted my awesome car!!! I would recommend this company to ALL my friends and family!!!!...these guyz were AWESOME!!:)

AAA...Dealing with insurance company's is a pain. That's why I take my car to Personal Touch Auto body. They have help me with all my collision issues. They call the insurance company 4 me and handle the claim they even helped me get a rental. My car came out looking better then when I bought it. It was and still is looking sharp. Thanks to Personal Touch Auto Body....so if u looking 4 a great place with wonderful people and great work u must go to Personal Touch Auto Body.
