Contacted them over the phone the gentleman who picked up was very rude and obnoxious don't take your business there don't give these rude people you're hard earn money

I'm seeing a lot of good reviews about Basics, but not seeing an official website for this store. Does it have one?

This store is a shining star in Bay Plaza. Very efficient! All the staff is very helpful , friendly and professional. I picked up the wrong pair of shoes and when I called they immediatley helped me over the phone and looked for the proper pair on the busiest time of the year, Christmas. They held my shoes for me and remember my name when I picked it up. Kudos To Basics Footwear!
