WT Burns logging,firewood,mulch

This summer I thought I would get an early order of firewood for this coming winter and have time for it to dry out before the cold hit. This summer I called WT Burns Logging & Firewood and had ordered a full cord of 16 length delivered to our residence in the Washington Crossing area. On the date that it was to be delivered I got a call that they were having problems with their truck and could not make it, so we set up another delivery date that now happened to be the day before we were leaving for a two week vacation so then the owner delivered it and dumped it in our drive way, no receipt was given because it was left in the truck that had broken down that originally had our firewood in it but had to be transferred to another truck so no receipt. I put a tarp cover on the wood till we got back from vacation. After getting back from vacation we stacked the fire wood, we have three sections that measure 4 feet high by 8 feet long and the wood only filled two sections. I called WT Burns to let them know that they shorted the load and The owner was argumentative and denied that they could never short a load that much and asked why did I wait so long to call if it was short. So I explained that my order date was a week before our vacation, your truck broke down, then got it day before leaving on vacation. I was told by the owner that someone must have stolen part of my cord and her husband would come out to check it out. I told her we have security cameras I will review. I Called back and said your husband is well come to review the recording as I have it from the time they delivered the load till we stacked it and no one ever touched it. She said there is nothing I can do for you and hung up. Video recordings do not lie, YOU SHORTED US. Husband never showed up
