        Terrible Experience

        Furniture arrived damaged. Had to call four times to get rescheduled. When they showed up the furniture they brought to replace the damaged furniture was more damaged than the original delivery. They also were missing pieces. Called back again - several times - before I could get ahold of anyone. We went through this four separate times. Finally I sent the furniture back. It had been two weeks and I've talked to two managers - both promising a full refund. But so far, they have managed to not fix that either. They never call back when they say they will call. They don't do what they promise. It has been a huge waste of time. I would never recommend this store after all the problems I've been through.
