Quotations Coffee Cafe

This is a followup to my previous review in December. One week after I made the social media rounds David Robbins issued a check for his fraudulent charges (why he didn't reverse the charges on my credit card I'll never understand). I immediately went to the bank only to discover he had postdated the check for the next week. I WAS FURIOUS. I drove back to the shop and demanded cash. He had conveniently left the building. I threatened to cause a scene so he returned. He said he did not have the cash, but he did call the bank to tell them I was returning after he manually corrected and initialed the check.



May 22 - 2016 - I caution all B2B service providers who might deal with David Robbins. Currently David Robbins owes a licensed plumber over $1000.00 for services rendered and that were to be paid at time of service. Dills Plumbing has dealt with the same delay tactics MO from David Robbins but nonpayment has gone on even longer.

Dear David, the owner of Quotations Coffee Cafe: This is our 5th attempt to be in touch with you to reverse an erroneous $430.77 charge that was made to our son's account on Sunday, December 6th. My son came in two times to have the error reversed and I drove over from Hendersonville to take care of the matter in person on Tuesday, to which you promised you would have my funds to me by today (12-9). But, unfortunately you have yet to even be in touch with me, despite my numerous calls to your kind employees. Had I not personally covered your company's mistake, my son would have incurred over $335.00 in overdraft charges - yet I am seeking only the actual transaction amount of $430.77. Until you have reversed this transaction or you have reimbursed me in cash, I will be making the rounds on all social media outlets. I hope this action finally gets your attention.

The coffee here is not worth what you pay. I have given this place 4 try's and still not worth it.
