Terrible customer service. Expect to be hung up on, put on hold without notice, and talked to like you are an inconvenience. No please, no thank you, no respect. Giving Breck - an otherwise lovely town - a bad name. Restaff.

Worst post office ever! I have had a mailbox there for the past 10 years and the customer service is very poor. I recently moved my po box to Frisco because they are so friendly and helpful there. Even though I live in Breck, I would rather eat live wasps than go back to the Breck post office. It was never great but went downhill so fast in terms of customer service. If you want to be treated poorly and waste your time, then by all means, please go to the Breck post office. Check out the Facebook page "waiting in line at the Breck post office" to see how the locals truly feel about this abysmal and life draining place. Breckenridge is a great town, however the Post Office and their terrible employees in Breck are slowly unravelling the fabric of our mountain society. Stay away from this place, it's the best advice I can give.
