        They are great when you are ordering the door and having it installed. I ordered an expensive wood door and had it finished and sealed by a professional painter. Within 5 years, the door developed dark streaks from mold, despite being cleaned yearly with a light power washing. The veneer on the panels is very thin, and it wears down with a light sanding. When I called the company for advice on what I might try, they seemed more concerned that I would seek recourse from them than they had in trying to help me. Perhaps a rep could have come out to see the door and offer suggestions. But no, they just wanted to get off the phone. I expect more from a company that charges more than $5000 for a garage door. Stay away!
