Where do I start? I came in to have my acrylics removed, replaced and a simple gel manicure on top. The first girl sat me at her chair, then proceeded to rip my acrylics off by sliding a nail tip underneath. I was about to walk out when she realized I wanted acrylics replaced she started talking in another language to her coworkers sounding angry. They proceeded to all look at me and laugh. Then she say me with another lady, who removed my remaining acrylics properly. The second lady was much more professional, except for having an issue about how short I wanted my acrylics (even after mentioning that I am a teacher and don't want to accidentally scratch one of my kids). She finished my nails, I paid and left. She paid great attention to applying the gel polish, but the shape of my nails are nowhere near what I asked for (rounded, they're very square) and a little off. I won't be returning ever, and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

This place is the absolute worst, had been several times during week no issues, went on weekend I was shuffled from chair to chair, manicurist was also cashier, I was so annoyed I didn't even let them paint my nails, then after being there for one hour she had the nerve to charge me $18 for a horrible manicure, she charged me for take down of shellac, the manicure was so bad I had to go someplace and have it done again. I would never recommend this place and I will never EVER returns, do your friends a favor don't buy them a gift certificate here, waste of money. Truly not worth the hassle. There are too many places in area that know how to treat customers. Personally I can't wait till pearl in downtown Tampa opens, met their manager downtown when going to the bank, she's really nice. I'm a RN I never take time to write reviews this place is just awful

This place sucks ...!!! I went there for a pedicure which was just ok. The nail tech was Tina. She was so in awe of how long my natural nails were I let her talk me into gel nails. My nails look like crap! She wasn't taking the nail polish to the edge of the nail so when I mentioned it to her she reluctantly tried to fix it but still not to my satisfaction. Then there was a black spot on one of the nails and she tried to tell me that it was on my nail which of course I said it was not. So she filed off the spot and globbed more polish on it. Now my nails are too thick. Oh and once I got home and touched my toes, the nail polish was still not dry and I ended up wiping all the polish off and redoing them myself. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

This place gets zero stars. The staff is incompetent. I came for a full set. Even after showing the tech a picture of the shape I wanted my nails filed, he could not get it right. He filed and filed until the nails were basically uneven misshapen nubs. I was going to let it slide. I asked him to a colored french tip with a design. His hand was shakey and basically I could have done a better job myself. He was unable to do the design I asked for so the manager stepped in to try and "fix" it. I asked for a Roman Numeral for which she sloppily painted on my nail, hoping her smile would convince me it looked good. They made me pay before he painted my nails. I was so frustrated I asked them to just take the polish off and leave them painted clear.



When I tried to get my money back the staff talked about me in my face in another language. They tried to tell me they could not refund me. When they finally saw I was not budging on my request, they gave me a portion of my money back and kept some for the techs "time and effort"...



Never ever coming back here and the tech can keep the $10 because obviously they need it more than I do.

Would never go there again. No customer service. Trying to weasel money under you.

I am actually writing this review as I sit here waiting... Waiting for freaking 30 minutes to get a damn pedicure! Are you joking me?! 30 minutes?! My sister has been helped and they finished hers in 10 MINUTES. I repeat... TEN. I would of gladly went to another place, but this was pretty spontaneous and every other place closed at 7 already. I'm still waiting.. People that walk here have been walking past me. This place is a joke. DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR NAILS/EYEBROWS DONE, YOU WILL WAIT FOREVER. Find another place, like Lee Nails. Thank you and have a wonderful time spending your money elsewhere.

Went here to get a full set then back for 3 nail repairs after 2 weeks. Lady talked me into a fill. Well a week later I have green stuff growing under 2 of my nails. When I quietly showed them owner was very rude like it was my fault they either did a bad job or gave me fungus & told me he wouldn't take them off bc he have me my money back. After I threw a little fit about having to pay to get them taken off elsewhere he said he'd take the bad ones off. Where he proceeded to try to rip them off without soaking them! I pulled my had back & said no thank you! For your safety go somewhere else!
