I walked in and I wasn't greeted I sat down and waited for one of the three people to help me well 30 mins pass by and no one would say one word to me, there were only 2 people in the store shopping.If I could give them a half star I would. What a waste of my time.

Deg'er SanerI absolutely love Martin's Jewelers! The store is fabulous, the selection is marvelous but, most importantly, every one of their employees are courteous, helpful and welcoming. Each and every one of them have MANY years of experience and knowledge in their craft. ALL of their employees have been with Martin's for a LONG time so when they are helping you, they KNOW what they are talking about. Owners Joe and Brenda are two wonderful people who not only care about their customers but also care about their community. About the community, their charitable contributions are too many to list...About the people...well they simply care. On a personal note, over the years, I trusted Joe with many of my jewelry repairs. Most notably, he made a pendant out of my great-grandmother's wedding ring. Joe said this was the only way it could be saved so that I can treasure it forever. I trusted him. I cannot tell you how much work he put into it because he knew it meant a lot to me. It was not an easy task and he wanted to keep its originality. It turned out to be a BEAUTIFUL pendant and I wear it every day. The piece is small, probably not worth a lot these days, but Joe treated it like it was from Queen Elizabeth's vault! That's because Joe has a heart and when he gave it back to me on a beautiful gold chain and saw how much I liked it, he had tears in his eyes. No wonder they have been around since the 50's. Congratulations to Martin's Jewelers and their employees. Thanks Brenda and Joe for all you do and for being a part of our community for so many years. We have done business with Martin's since 1987 the same year we moved to Brandon. Martin's is the BEST jeweler I have ever done business with because of the outstanding service, price, and character for all on staff. We have had custom rings, necklaces, earrings made, and all of these were outstanding. We have also purchased several watches. Every 6 months we take all of our jewelry to check on the diamonds, settings, and then they are cleaned. Mr. Joe Martin, President is an outstanding man whom you can TRUST, and one of the best men I ever met. His personal character, and knowledge of the business is why I continue to buy all my jewelry from Martin's. I have also recommended many friends to this fine company. Ed

I was researching in the Brandon area to sell some unwanted jewery from an ex. I found Martin's Jewelry and checked them out on the BBB, A+ rating, so I decided to go there. They were great! Gave me a fair deal, fare ixing a charm and even put one on a necklace for me. I will be a repeat customer! It is family owned and operated and the people were absolutely wonderful. They were also able to recomend a Coin dealer for me as well!
