Lifestyle Family Fitness Centers

I have been going to Lifestyle Family Fitness for over 9 years, and even when I moved to South Florida for 2 1/2 years, I still kept my membership active so I can use the gym while visiting home. I use the cardio machines at times but I mostly participate in the group fitness classes and there is NONE out there comparable to the ones offered here- energentic instructors, variety of classes for all levels, variety of times, and friendly people who know you by name not a number. If being healthy was your 2012 new year's resolution, JOIN LFF YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!

I have been going to LFF Brandon for almost 4 years now. The gym fits my needs in every aspect. The gym is always open when I need to get a workout in and it is very convenient when I need to bring my kids along for a workout. My kids absolutely love the kids club and all of the staff. This makes it very easy for me to fit in my workouts.

Love LFF. Takes classes there 3-4 times a week and use the kids club while I am there almost every time. In 3 years there the only thing I would change would be to open the kids club 5 minutes before the classes start instead of at the same time. Overall I have a great time and have become much more likely to work out since I started a membership there. Great gym and GREAT classes!!!

The variety of classes fit into my busy schedule. The instructors are motivating and personal. When you leave you feel the workout and the reward to your body and mind. It is very pleasant and inviting to be greeted by the friendly team at the front desk. I would recommend all to this gym.

Been a member here twice in the past ten years. The most recent time, I lost nearly 40 pounds. Great machines, especially the express workout row. Good trainers, friendly staff. Convenient location for me. Highly recommend!

I have been member for over 8 years. We have had some ups and downs but overall I like LFF and they are always working hard to improve. This is a difficult business, busy place with many individuals using many machines, washroom facilities, and often not treating the gym nicely. It is difficult for a business in this industry to keep up with it all. Recently this particular gym has been working especially hard to fix any issues. But for the most part over the years most equipment functions properly and I love the steamroom. I recommend the facility to anyone.

The salespeople are very pushy and overbearing! Their billing tactics are very difficult to make go away! Do not go here buyer beware go elsewhere!!!!!!!
