Supercab (Bowling Green Ohio Taxi)

Their cost is high. Their drivers are uneducated and unfriendly. I absolutely do NOT recommend them. Please do not use them unless they change. I called to explain what happened to me, but they hung up without any respect.

Around 9am this morning I contacted this company to pick me up and take me to my car. Being New Years Eve, I felt I was close to over my legal limit and left my car thinking I could get a cab ride back to it this morning. Wow, was I wrong!! The dispatcher was very nice and told me they would have a driver to me in 10 minutes. After waiting 35 minutes, I called to see if they were still coming. The dispatcher explained her drivers mobile phone was not working so he was coming back to the shop to get another phone or get his fixed. (I'm still not sure why he couldn't have picked me up and then addressed his phone issue, but I digress). 10 minutes after calling dispatch again the driver calls and says he's 5 minutes away. Relieved to finally have a ride, I graciously thanked him. After waiting 11 minutes more, I called the driver and said "I'm the guy you called 10 minutes ago and told me you would be here in 5 minutes, are you still coming? I have now been waiting 45 minutes to get a ride." The driver replied "If you're gonna be a d-bag about it, you're not getting a ride dude" and hung up on me. After this conversation, I called dispatch for a third time to tell them what he just said. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB to let others know how this company treats its customers. I would walk before ever calling Supercab again.

Great service! On time, friendly and good prices. Supercab has been my taxi in Bowling Green for years.
