I almost didn’t use Mole Patrol because of cehock’s scathing review. But, like he said, “the options are limited in our area.” After calling the other 2 companies that service our area, I decided I should at least talk to Mole Patrol. Boy! Am I glad I did. And now I feel compelled to respond to cehock’s review. First I asked them about cehock’s review. cehock didn’t pay what he owed them & then expected them to welcome him back as a valued customer. I believed their explanation & felt they were very professional, knowledgeable & friendly. So, I decided to give them a try & am I glad I did. The service was great. They caught my moles immediately and saved my yard. Now I recommend them to my friends & neighbors. You should try them too.

Our first interaction with Mole Patrol was in 2006 when we hired them for a mole removal in our yard. They estimated that it was one or maybe two moles because moles are very territorial. Then left us an invoice claiming they had removed 5 moles, leaving us no evidence. They themselves admitted this was very abnormal. We questioned their honesty at the time, but in good faith negotiated a fee that was somewhere in the middle of what they quoted and what their invoice was. In exchange for the reduction of price they removed their guarantee. Because our options are limited in our area, we called them back for another removal this year. After initially scheduling for them to come back, we got a return call from the owner. He told my wife that they would not be servicing us because we didn't pay them their full rate last time. He also told her that I "squealed like a little girl" when we got the last invoice so he wouldn't becoming back. We questioned their honesty the first time we used them. With their response this time we now see them as being totally unprofessional. We would not recommend them to anyone at anytime for anything.
