I have been getting solar nails & pedicures at OPI since right after they opened & have not had any problems with the staff. They are all very nice & knowledgable about their different jobs. I am absolutely very satisfied with the nail salon.

This is the best nail salon in town! I've been going here for years for pedicures. Its like a mini spa. I feel sooo relaxed when they are finished. Great atmosphere, great leg and foot massages. Great nail polish that lasts weeks! Highly recommended!

This is the absolute best place to get the solar style of nails that is all the rave right now! I am a veteran to artificial nails and have always had an issue with my nails lifting and tried the solar at THREE different salons before deciding OPI would be my last resort. After Kelly explained how their process is completely different I went ahead although pessimistic and here I am a week later and they are still PERFECT with no lifting at all and holding up even with all the typing I do at work! Thank you, Kelly at OPI - You're the best in Bossier and I highly recommend you salon to anyone wanting quality service and professional work!

I've been getting my nails done at OPI for over 6 years. They have ALWAYS done an outstanding job, pay close attention to detail, & last! Their staff is very very nice!!!! As far as those bad comments- I agree with the other customer, that's definitely a jealous competitor. I choose OPI over any other nail salon & will continue to do so.

I was looking on line to check their Sunday hours and decided to read the reviews. What a shock! Was reading the other reviews---they must have been written by their competitors! The Opi owners and staff are oriental and they sometimes speak Vietnamese but they are WONDERFUL. I've occasionally gotten pedicures at other spas while on vacation. None compared to Opi. Their foot and leg massages are second to none! occasionally gotten pedicures at other spas while on vacation and none ever measured up to the pedicures I received at Opi. The foot and leg massages that come with the pedicure are second to none. the ones I received at Opi.

I have been a customer of this nail salon since right after they opened. I have had a wonderful experience every time I have gone, which is at least 2 times a month. For the most the employees are very nice and I have had no problems with getting the services that I need each time. Sometimes if they are busy you have to be willing to wait or come back later or even another day. Kelly & Tim are great people and I will continue to go to OPI nails for my nail needs & pedicures.

I went to this place to get my nails manicured and the service was unmistakably horrible. The service that I received was extremely poor. Do not patronize this business. They do not appreciate our business. Let's show them that it's our loyalty that keeps them in business by choosing another nail salon that appreciates us. Let's show them!!!!

HORRIBLE!! Im visiting from Atlanta, and decided to get a manicure in Shreveport instead of waiting until i got home, even though the prices are a lot more. The salon was crowded and they rushed through my manicure, not fully painting my nails on the sides, when I asked them to fix them, and another manicurist came in to re-polish and put big globs of polish on my nails and all on my skin. Not wanting to be a complainer, asked another customer what she thought and what would do and she said that my nails looked sloppy and she would have them re-do them. So I nicely asked for some polish remover so that I could remove the sloppy polish and the lady got really rude and loud, and started bad mouthing me to other customers while I was still there!!! Who does that!!??...I told her that what ever she had to say she could say to me and not to mouth off to other customers. I was not being rude, but I do want to get quality service. I would NEVER recommend this pace to anyone EVER

Please use another nail salon. These people speak there native language when the are upset with you and don't want u to know they are talking about u. Take your money to a nail salon truly appreciates your business. There business ethics are deplorable!!! Let's show how valuable our money is by using anther nail salon.
