Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered carry out when I went to pick it up the manager was so busy cussing out his employees fbombs flying out of his mouth and then he turned to the customers waiting in the lobby and apologized for his employees being idiots. Wow what a jerk. Another guy makeing the pizza had huge earrings and his uniform attire was ridiculous. I left and went to Jetts pizza as I was driving back through both of these guys were out back smoking while all of those customers were still waiting on their pizzas. Very rude experience. What a change from last year the managers were so polite no yelling or cussing what happened to those men?

I have ALWAYS been extremely happy with my experience's with the Bonita Papa John's. And have been a loyal customer for many years. It upsets me to see a review like the one below, maybe You were having a bad night... H.

I ordered a large pizza with bb-q sauce on it along with bread sticks and three extra dipping sauces(pizza sauce, ranch, and honey mustard) After giving my card information for delivery from the order taker all they asked was: "Is that all?" and hung up on me...never bothering to tell me how much my order was and how long it would be, very rude! After waiting for my pizza order for over an hour I called the store back and asked how long it was going to be, again talking to the same employee who had hung up on me, he says that she would be there...I waited another 15 minutes and the delivery person which was a man finally shows up and said that they got lost but couldn't bother to call and get directions even though they had my phone number on file, not only was my pizza cold but they didn't include any of the dipping sauces I had asked for but was charged for anyway and this has not only happened once but seems to be a reoccurring issue every time I order...I am not happy! I let the delivery driver know I was upset and he didn't offer any solution, just stood there with a smug smile on his face, he didn't deserve the tip! I didn't get anyone's name but I'm sure they have done this to other people before...so this is the last time I will ever get pizza here, I also ordered on a separate occasion and when I got my pizza all the cheese was stuck to the top of the box and I was promised a free pizza on my next order...Upon doing that, an employee gave me a hard time and made me look like I was just trying to get a freebie, I had to drive to your store and play back the message I still had on my voice mail because your employee didn't believe me because I didn't know the name of the manager or whomever promised me the free pizza! Ridiculous! Shouldn't your employees keep track of things like that? Isn't it their job to take care of the customers? I would never do something like this in my job!!!! Just horrible service! Very disappointed! You not only lost a great customer but I will be telling everyone not to order from that store because they can't get anything right, act unprofessional, and will screw you over......Goodbye Papa Johns! Bunch of idiots!
