Ann Shepard Law Office

I've known Ann for several years. When my marriage came to an end and I needed a divorce attorney she was the one I went to. She is incredibly knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. She made my case a priority when I needed her too and never made me feel like my questions or requests were anything other than important. She gave me her expertise and made my divorce go very smoothly. I have two children and my divorce was completed in a very expeditious manner. She took the time to look at all of the pieces of the puzzle of my life and made a tough thing like divorce go as smoothly as possible. Her legal assistant (Monica) is incredibly knowledgeable as well and returned all phone calls and e-mails as quickly as she could. I would highly recommend Ann and her office.

Ann was a fantastic attorney. She represented my interests in a professional manner. she protected me and my children in a very messy divorce. I have recommended her to many people and all of them have been thrilled with her.

Ann Shepard is an incompetent lawyer. She is unorganized to the point of neglect. Ann didn't bring the proper paperwork in court to prove perjury during the divorce trial - although I presented her with the paperwork prior to the trial and Ann had my ex up there under oath and asked the pertinent questions to prove perjury. I believe this hurt my case. Ann did not follow through with obtaining my judgement of money from the divorce decree and omitted to enter a date for which the judgement should be paid in the final decree, therefor it has been next to impossible without great further cost to me to get the money from the judgement decree. Although Ann was paid in full she refused to answer my emails and calls asking her to follow through with obtaining my judgement - which put me in the position of firing her. Important paperwork was never filed by her and yet I was billed for work which she did not follow through with. I would never recommend this lawyer.
