This company is the absolute worst! If I could give them zero or negative stars, I would. The woman who answers the phone, Patty, is beyond unprofessional and is a nasty rude woman. Zero customer service skills. The owner, Bill, should be ashamed of himself for letting her speak to customers the way that she does. They schedule appointments and do not show up when they are supposed to be at your home. Extremely unreliable and poor service.
