Pediatric Partners LLC

My son was a patient with Pediatric Partners for 2 years. I have to say that the care he received here was always very good, I would even say excellent. The problem is that if you have to deal with the lady at the front desk, Vicki, you will probably think twice about going here if you have any other option... and there are plenty of other options. You have to deal with the front desk every phone call, every visit, and any time you need anything. For 2 years dealing with the office is absolutely miserable. I don't know if it is the entire admin staff or just the one but it is THE WORST. I have never experienced anything as bad as the attitude, the shortness, the condescension. It is very surprising and I cannot believe it is allowed to continue. If I could file a complaint I would but I changed pediatricians just so I do not have to deal with that staff. I did not have billing issues or anything like that, thank goodness it would have been a nightmare. I am only describing normal Dr office interactions. I was so frustrated and apparently it has been going on for a very long time so don't expect it to change!!!!

I have been utilizing Pediatric Partners for over 12 years and I have been very pleased with Dr. McCorkle and have recommended them on many occasions!

Staff was very rude when I had a problem with insurance. They were not willing to work with me and were patronizing. They do not open their phone lines for 30 min after their scheduled open time and close the phone lines 20 min before their scheduled closing time. They have never shown and personal care towards me or my family AND make it seem like it's MY fault for their screw up. Do not take your children here.

I have been with this practice for five years, and have been very satisfied. They have always been kind and caring.

This is the best, most courteous office I have been to. The staff and doctors are there to help. They answered all of my questions in a caring way and made sure I understood what was making my child sick. I could not ask for a better place to take my child. Every child/famiily should be so fortunate to find wuch a wonderful doctor's office!! I wish I could give it 10 stars.

I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone. They have a very disrespectful staff and if you are one minute late they will insult you, show aggressiveness and not help you in getting your child seen. And then tell lies to the office Mgr. so she will prevent you from being seen. Very drama-oriented office.



And when we finally were seen, on another day, we waited one hour to see the nurses, but the Doctor was unavailable the whole appt. to speak with me or check on my daughter.



This is not a practice that cares for your patients.
