Reed Greene, M.P.A

Mr. Greene was to assist me in collecting a judgement for attorneys' fees in excess of $150,000. I informed Mr. Greene my ex had recently filed an appeal and I didn't think I could collect. Mr. Greene, dismissed my concerns, advised me he had 30 years experience and his plan was to set up a deposition of my ex to find out where his banking was done, to hire an investigator, and file a writ of execution. It sounded reasonable, I don't know anything about collections, so I paid $1,500 retainer. After 2 weeks of nothing being done (Mr. Greene is too cheap to hire an assistant), I ran into a prior attorney who counseled me that Mr. Greene did not have a great reputation in town and that I was barred from collections during the pendancy of an appeal. When I terminated Mr. Greene (he asked ME to fill out the specifics of the writ of execution - his job) he kept the entire retainer and refuses to work with me to resolve my request for reimbursement. He is both unethical and incompetent.
