poor service, the worst ever. sales person Izik spoke with me and didn't asked me if my phone is locked I'm an AT&T customer so the Sim card won't be able to work ,he just wanted his commission and fraud the customers by not asking the right questions for the service provided.
I have been told I'll get my money back cause I didn't get any service and even offer to send back the Sim card but they said they can't do it.
worst service ever,worst customer service ever..I'll never do business with this people ever again I'm so disappointed if I could put 0 rate I would have done it.
Don't call them ...from a hurt customer.

POOR SERVICE, I own a business in CA, when I travel outside of the US I forward my business lines to another number that I'm getting from 012 GLOBAL.
At this moment I'm outside of the state and I had a feeling that something is wrong with the lines because I didn't get any call today still.
So I checked my lines and guess what? the number that I got from 012 global does not working at all, I don't even want to imagine how many calls I lost today because 012 Global.

I called them and guess what? they are off till monday morning, That means I do not have my business lines until they will be open and fix the problem.
