While we were able to find exactly what we were looking for we had trouble with the equipment, we rented a seeder and one of the boxes kept closing off and wouldn't drop seed, that wasn't the biggest problem. We rented a trailer that we hit a guard when turning a corner bending the wheel yes our fault we were perfectly prepared to pay for replacement. We call asked what to do and they were suppose to send tire out, they got busy and forgot us for 2.5 hr then sent the wrong wheel a half hr later. Then the man dropping off the tire told us he we would have to drive up ourselves and get correct wheel. Add another 1.5 hr. and we are finally on our way to change the tire. Had they told us that in the first place we wouldn't have set for almost 4.5 hr along a busy highway. And as for management I would give her zero stars. Do yourself a favor take your business somewhere else. This isn't the first time we have had problems with the equipment being in disrepair, but they carry a lot of things most rentals don't but this the first time the service has been this bad. Save yourself the headache.
