Andy's Mow Town Inc.

Built a Toro online w/options. Dealer is notified by Toro & they're to deliver AFTER installing options. Andy’s mow town calls “got your mower put together”. I said "great I’ll pick it up”. Got there & saw it/ NO OPTIONS/ my gut told me he would try to pass it off. I was right. He ignored missing options. I said “This is not my mower’. He says“they send it to you & YOU install it”. I said bull/supposed to be installed. Andy threw a tantrum (he’s “going to eat it” & “you don’t know how this works!”). I decided to take it or the thief will screw it. I checked tracking #'s/ knew he was lying. In a huff, he jumps on without a f’n word/starts driving. I said “whoa, Let me make sure hydros track”. All pissed he jumps off & takes off to his building, throwing a mower packet on my truck. I called Toro & Mgr set it right confirming all. I said ”wait & see, he'll call & say Toro F’d it up”. I was right. Toro was wise & not happy. Asked Toro to credit me & told them to fire him-Good luck Andy

Decent work, but the absolute unfriendliest people I've ever met. Felt like I was living in Boston again. Andy, at least pretend like customers aren't wasting your precious time when they're lining your wallet handsomely at your God-awful prices.
