Handy TV Appliance

If you buy a product from Handy TV that is a "lemon", is defective from the manufacturer from day one--the very day you bought it, the store will not exchange it, you cannot return it, they will not fix it, you are just stuck--with an expensive product that does not work. Handy TV will tell you to call the manufacturer, that your warranty is with them. While "lemons" are not common, I got one--an expensive Maytag washing machine--that does not work properly. So now I get to deal with Maytag's phone menus, waiting for repair scheduling, etc. Plus I was told there was a 30-day return policy--that is NOT true.

I have tried everywhere to be approved for the purchase of a Washer and Dryer. There hasn't been a retail store that allows secondary financing to their customers. Each door has been closed and my walk away has been another disappoint to add to the others. Not with Handy TV. I was given an opportunity to finance a NEW washer and dryer through the use of secondary financing and I was approved!! I owe all my clean clothes to Handy TV & Appliance Center! This is truly a blessing! Thank you for the hospitality and the service, Guys!!
