I have been visiting Images for 6 months for laser hair therapy. I am seeing great results. The staff is very professional & friendly. The lady at the reception desk even knows how I like my coffee & has it ready for me when I arrive. This is a great place to go if you are looking to do something about your hair loss. I'm glad I did.

I've been a hair replacement customer for 15 years & am very happy with my results. The staff is professional & I am very happy with my service. I do believe my years of being a dedicated customer says it all. Great place to go if you are losing your hair.

These people are very unprofessional, and very expensive!



The turnover is CRAZY, as in a little over a year, they went through 3 office managers and 4 receptionists.



I went there for my hair loss. I was under the impression they could recommend treatment based on my hair / scalp condition, up to and including hair implant surgery. This is NOT true. They offer topical regrowth solutions/shampoos (Spectral DNC, which is like Rogaine), low level laser light therapy, weaves, extensions, and hair styling, including glued on wigs/toupes.



The most professional person there was the office manager, who took the place of any hair 'specialist' they have on staff.



No base-line pictures / video or other documentation of any sort was taken when I began my laser therapy. Then, they went thru so many staff, that by the time I was re-evaluated, they would have had NO CLUE how I was progressing. I can tell you that the therapies did not work for me.



It was extremely expensive if you didn't have a groupon or other special offer for services. The laser therapy changed over the past year, from 30 minute sessions to 15 or 20 minute sessions. Although I had fully paid for my contracted time on the machine, when I missed two of my scheduled appointments (and was not going to be asking to make them up), they still threatened to charge me $25 per missed visit. I feel they should have imagined my head under the lights. I'd already paid for the spot, and shouldn't have to pay twice. However, that came from receptionist #4, in their revolving door. Since I had stuck with it for over 1 year, I figured now would be a good time to cut my losses.



Good luck to you if you try this company. Their therapies didn't work for me. Neither did their lack of professionalism and expense!
