Ok Hee Fashions & Beauty Supply

I just went into this store to try on a dress for a friend's wedding. I am 5ft 4 and a solid size 14. I have bought dresses from this store before and was always given excellent service. When I came in, I was ignored for fifteen minutes while in the store and then had to ask for help. When I was finally given service by the owner, I had to ask three times for her to pull a dress off of the wall. The style and color was exactly what I needed, and it was the right size. She would not even allow me to hold the dress and told me it would make me look 'like my mother'. I was then not allowed to try on an XL dress because my hips would 'break her zipper' on a loose fitting dress 'and make her cry'. The only reason she even got one star is because I couldn't give her zero. I will NEVER go to this store again, and I advise all women over a size 8 to do the same.

I took my elderly and disabled Aunt up there to buy a dress. The sales associate on the floor was very kind in helping us find a dress. She brought us 2 additional dresses to the dressing room and and continued to check on us thru out. My Aunt found a lovely dress but wasn't quite ready to commit. She asked the Owner, an Asian woman, if she could hold the dress for a few hours. The woman began to tell my Aunt that she needed to buy it. She would not find another dress that size anywhere around here & people had to travel from Mobile, AL for her dresses! My Aunt explained to her that she liked the dress but was concerned about how many alterations would have to be made. The owner went on to tell her rudely that ALL dresses have to be altered and this dress was no different! She just went on and on to the point that it upset my Aunt so that she just asked me to put the dress back and we leave. After I got my Aunt and her walker back in the car I went back in that shop and I told that woman that had she not been so rude we probably would have come back and bought the dress. But because she acted the way she did she would NEVER see a dime from either one of us!!!!!

Customer service is terrible with the owner of the store. There was an african american woman who helped me and she was awesome!



Be careful because they have an "ALL SALES FINAL" policy. I bought jewelry and I had never set foot in that store. The Asian lady (who I assumed it was her store) was VERY RUDE to me for trying to bring back the jewelry.



I was moving at the time, all my stuff was packed and I just happened to find my jewelry! Nope! No refund! $35.00 down the drain. And the sign is so high up I didn't even see it! I could barely see over the counter being so short!! And she didn't verbally tell me either.



Unfortunately, they do have some pretty dresses at great prices. But if I step foot in that store again I'll make sure I have the same woman help me. She actually gave a damn about me and why I was there. But I'm giving this shop 1 star for terrible service amongst the owners.
