I had a wonderful experience today when I took my husbands truck to the Biloxi Classy Chassis. I was greeted promptly by the manager Chris and assured everything would be taken care of by the service care professionals at Classy Chassis. I did NOT leave unsatisfied at all.. The vehicle looked excellent inside and out and I did not have to spend my entire afternoon there, and received exceedingly professional, but personal service. It was very nice to go into a business and get what you pay for ( or more) and leave extremely satisfied. Thank you for making this day a great one Classy Chassis— I will be back!

This is too the customer that was violently attacked by the assistant manager of Classy Classis on HWY 49.Here is a picture of the tag number driving an early 2000 silver door Lincoln.I currently have the video recordings of the attack.The customer came to the HWY 49 location because he was owed a refund due to the Kiosk not giving him back his change. The companies policy was we could not give back a refund unless it was approved by the owner first.
The customer brought his receipt to our location and I informed him of the company policy. The customer was not happy and looking at it from the customers side I would not be happy either. The customer got upset and started to vent, once this was occurring the assistant manager overheard what was going on & tried to get the customer to leave the property by intimidating him!
The assistant manager walked into the office & the customer followed him. Once the customer walked towards the office the much younger and stronger violently pushed the customer out of the office. The end result was the customer falling back about 8 feet onto the concrete hitting his head and upper body so hard the SUV he hit shook. And unfortunately the customer had to receive medical attention and be rushed away in an ambulance!
The customer was not able to come resolve the issue during our normal return policy window because he was in the hospital. The customer never raised his hand at the employee at anytime and just like most of us would have done if an automated car wash owed you $61.00 and due to the circumstances it would take a couple of weeks just to find out if you were even going to get the refund.
I aslo have a few recordings and voicemails of the owner of the car wash BOB WALL making racists statements referring to some of his employees and most of his customers. Stating you have to watch out for those @+&&$#! they will burn and rob you every time & if it was up to them they would pay using there food stamp card. Details on FB

Although they do a nice job washing and vacuuming, it would be nice to see a menu of services and what they offer and pricing. You basically are taken hostage by what the guy gives u at the drop off area. Biloxi

I dropped my car off to have it fully detailed at the Ocean Springs location at 11:30 am Tuesday morning. I was called at 1:30 pm and told my car was ready to be picked up. I got there at 4:30 pm that day and was sorely disappointed in the workmanship that my $110 went to. My wheels hadn't been wiped down (I went around the car with the manager) my door jams hadn't been touched (with the manager there I borrowed his rag and managed to get a good bit of residue off with him standing there) and my all weather floor mats were missing. I had the mats returned to me, but only after I mentioned them and my factory mats not being in the car when I got there. There was a thick, splotchy layer of Armour All on my dash, but that was the only hard surface in the car they touched. The inside of my windows weren't even touched. I left disappointed and beyond frustrated to wipe down my car AGAIN when I got home. I spent well over an hour going over the interior that they were supposed to have detailed (cleaning out my cupholders, wiping down my doors, wiping down the radio head and A/C vents etc.) They had even changed my radio station preset while they were "cleaning" it, though my radio had obviously not been touched by a rag.

I just paid $318.00 to have my car detailed. DETAILED is not in there vocabulary. I could have just had it washed and had as good if not better job done. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR DETAILED AT classy chassis. The absolute worst job .
