Horrible service upsold without asking and made us pay 87 for oil change

I would give a -0 if it would have allowed me to rate this company severely poor! I went twice to Biloxi and both times they left off the seal. Was it on purpose? I do honestly think so. When I brought my car back to let them to correct the problem, the manager Don denied that they did anything wrong and would not give me a refund. My dealership wrote a letter faulting the person who last changed my oil for the leak. And it was due to the seal being left off. Please do not go to this business chain. I called the owner and never received any calls back. That is not a professional way to run your business KENNY HOLLOWAY. Finally the third visit, with my letter in hand to prove the Car Care was at fault, I was given the refund. What about my lost time from work, no car, extra gas I used to correct this problem, oil leaks on my driveway???

Took my car in for an oil change, they were ultra friendly and quick about everything. They let me know all about everything that is going on with my car. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
