I have been with them for years. Great place. Fantastic doctor. Nice staff really try to accomodate you and help out. I couldn't say enough.

I was filling a prescription for my daughter. The girl there knew everything about our insurance , worked us in on one of their busier days and I did not mind the wait. My daughter played in their kids area and we picked out her glasses from there. The glasses came in in the expected 7 to 10 business days as she explained how things work on this type of insurance. We got a call right away and told her hours and we are very very happy. We would very much reccommend this place. Sandra S

I'D GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD

My son needed new glasses and they take our new vision insurance. We had a prescription all he had to do was pick out some frames and place the order. We had to wait for 45 MINUTES for them to place his order. Then we were told it would take 10 days for the order to be completed. NO one had called to let me know if they were in so I called back 10 days later and the voicemail message said they were CLOSED FOR THE NEXT 2 WEEKS. Why couldn't they have told me that when I placed my order! WE ARE NEVER GOING BACK

We switched my whole family to this new eye doctor and we have not been more happier. Large selection of eyewear. Kids eyewear for my children and a large sunglass area. The nicest familly business. They have three locations. The girl at the front desk was very attentive and helpful to all my family's needs in picking out the glasses and knowing all about our insurance information. The glasses came in exactly when she stated they would and we got a prompt call. They always get back to us when we leave messages on their phone system. We are very happy. I would highly reccommend this place.

I decided to try out a new eye doctor seeing as it accompanied my new health insurance and will ultimately give me a discount. Little did i know that every-time i've had to go back there which is about the 5th! time just to get my right prescription. First time i went i waited about 3 or more Hours Past my appointment time. There was so many people in this little cramped up place. Everything is so unorganized. Client papers are in stacks behind the desk. you can barely see over the counter because of all the junk stacked up so high. The doctors assistant girl talks sooooooo fast that you can barely understand what she is saying cuz you have been hallucinating for the last 3 hours than she crams a thpasand numbers in your head and make you not understand what exactly is going on than your own your way home. The people there are as sweet as can be. But i would have rather paid the full price and went to Lens Crafters like i did before and got the prescription right on the first shot. I'm still in the process of getting my prescription right. Going on appointment number 100 and yet still I'm blind. The doctor is only in the office for appointment like 2 Days out of the whole week so Im basically in there once every other week. It is such a hassle than on the days he is there. There's tuns of people in there falling asleep from waiting for long. I hate having to write bad reviews but this is insane!!! Bake cookies and make coffee. Do SOMETHING to accommodate for the patient clients or have the doctor UP his hours!!!!!!
