Since 1990, and in the last 3 years since taking over Folly Hill, the company has achieved outstanding results as property managers. We have thoroughly and patiently learned the business. We take great pride in every aspect of the business from preventative maintenance, complying with various laws and regulations, budgeting and forecasting rents and expenditures; it is our day-to-day attention to the details which has made the difference and gained the trust of our clients.

        Honestly, don't ever rent here...

        Honestly, don't ever rent here. I hear it used to be nice, but the new management is awful. They spy on tenants, fine you for everything, and then jack you with fictitious fines after you leave. In addition, it is located in the middle of nowhere and you cannot get to civilization without jumping on the highway.



        This place and the people who run it are awful.

        Please dont, dont move in I am really not a big fan off reviews just because my bulive off everybody is satisfy deferently but my review is abaut safety,for your safety/family if you like this place which it is very pretty and peacefull and the units have prety big spaces,and make the decition you whant to stay please have them explain whit details abaut the last 3 fires in the past 6 years. Please be carefull

        Poor management--people in the...

        Poor management--people in the office do NOT care about the tenants and all they think about is to increase rent whenever it is possible.



        Also, some neighbors are interesting. If you are an immigrant, welcome to the neighborhood...

        Do Not Waste your time or money. This community is by far the worst ever!!!! Slamming doors, apartment shakes, continuous leaking toilot, are only a few of the things wrong in this community. There is dog poop everywhere, the hallways stink like trash, the laundry room is dirty and disgusting, windows all need to be replaced because they all have drafts. Ice everywhere you would think with the high rent you pay here they would invest in clearing out snow and ice better. I lived here for six months to many, before I made the leasing office break my lease. I should've known sooner because the turnover rate is about a month, everyone moves. You will be deffinitly just be wasting your time!
