One Fantastic Dentist. I have been to few dentists before I found this practice. He explains your options to you rather than rushing you and making you confused with big talk.

The doc is the absolute best. I've had some very good dentists, and I've seen a few bad ones, but he is far and away one of the nicest and most professional I've ever met. Took great care to make me feel comfortable, reviewed my x-rays with me in detail, and emphasized that his office would make sure the insurance paperwork was taken care of because their job is to make my life easier.

I've worked in a front office before, but I've never heard a doctor speak to his staff and patients the way this dentist does. His chair-side manner is poor. On on top of that, the front office is unorganized. Twice, we received notices that we had outstanding balances. The first time, no bill was ever sent. But a payment was made (in full) over the phone and immediately processed. Yet, despite the fact that there have been no further office visits or care provided by the dentist, I received a phone call two months later that there was an outstanding balance and it would be sent to collections if not paid.
