I had made my last payment in August 2015. Come December 2015 I get home and there's a business card for this location so I call and inquire on the reason for this, no one could answer and I never got a call back as promised. So come February 2016 I check my credit and there's a CREDIT INQUIRY from this business in December 2015. I was very upset. I call the business and speak to "Esther" who tells me she'll find out what happened and call me back. Never got a call until I called them again. "Esther" said there was a mix up and just to dispute it and they'll take care of it. Uuuummmm NO... WHAT GIVES YOU THE RIGHT TO RUN MY CREDIT WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. I'm not even doing business with them. Believe that I will report this to anyone possible. And to top it off the Supervisor "Esther" couldn't give me a straight answer. I don't understand how months later you decide to take my social and run it thru and act like it's nothing, and can't even tell who ran my social. Very unprofessional

All I have to say about the personnel in this company is that they need and attitude adjustment. Im not saying they're that way with everyone because I don't know that however the times I've had to talk to them they have always been really rude and all they want to do is rush you off the phone. Unfortunetly the manager is the same way that's why the employees feel like it's okay to act the way they do and the manager actually backs up her rude employees.These girls need to understand that their jobs consist of dealing with people. If they don't like or want to deal with people then they should go work somewhere else!!!!
