Horrible experience, very expensive and useless work, incompetent team! Do not use them, you will be very disappointed!

Terrible company. They sent someone totally incompetent - he didn't fix my dryer at all . I got another company who did fix it but meantime these people insisted I pay anyway - just because he came.

if I could give this company zero stars I would. They are unreal had microwave issue fixed it then became other problem wanted to charge me again Tech came to the home wanted to charge me an additional $$$$ to fix the problem they called. Told them to forget it. They are the worst. DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE NOT WHO YOU WANT TO SERVICE YOUR APPLIANCES. RUDE ARROGANT AND JUST NOT GOOD BUSINESS PEOPLE TRIED TO HAVE CIVIL CONVERSATION WITH ERIC G BUT HE HAD HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE TRY AND SOLVE THE PROBLEM, EVIDENTLY HIS TECHS ARE SUB CONTRACTORS AND THEY ARE ON COMMISSION DONT DEAL WITH THEM AT ALL!!!!!!
