        The business I work for has purchased a vinyl cutter from them and we get all of our vinyl materials from them as well. I've never experienced a rude person over the phone. If I have a question, I can call and talk to a rep and they are always very helpful. I would highly recommend them.

        They are always very rude when I call them. I dont understand why they cant just be nice and happy on the phone. I never buy ink or anything from them because they are so rude.
