Gigi's Boutique

Listen, DO NOT consign your items with Gigi's boutique. I missed their deadline to pick up my items, and they refused to give them back to me! They are supposed to turn in those items to charity BUT since they were luxury items (Gucci, fendi, Valentino) they said they would continue to attempt to sell the items and pay me when they sell, but they would not allow me to reclaim the items (that I OWN!!!!! ����). It has been months since this incident and I have not heard from them yet so I can safely assume that they are incapable of doing their job and selling my items/ they have taken my items for themselves and are lying about it.



I am very frustrated with the way I was treated by their manager and employees, this is not the way to treat your customers, especially when they are not clear with their policies for consignment. Save your time and money and avoid Gigi's boutique.
