Pay citizens for info, jumped me never got paid, battered me never got paid, false arrest me almost 50 times, strip searched, multiple court dates and they had no proof or evidence, slaped me in the back of the head when i was 19 and called me bad names in front of over 100 people never got paid, spent over two days each 50 times i went to there police station in a little cell. could never find a job when i was a kid because of them, if you think im lying go out there and walk around the block once.
