I draw from Deep Tissue (neuromuscular and fascial release work), Triggerpoint, Stretching, Cranio-sacral, Reiki, Position Release, Hot Stone, Swedish and Esalen-style massage, weaving each of these techniques together using intuition and clinical knowledge to create a custom session for your specific needs.
