        I needed parts for my Subaru a...

        I needed parts for my Subaru and had been having trouble finding the parts locally. I decided to try Chaplin's since they specialize in it. The lady on the phone looked it up quickly enough and said she could order it and have it to me in three - five days. She was being extremely short the whole time, but I had a few questions and was thinking about ordering it anyway. As I asked one of my questions, I simply got a quick no, and she hung up. I will never go to them after that. And after reading other reviews on here, this is not a one time thing. They really need to get some better people in there from the sound of things.

        Good people - excellent service!

        We have purchased several cars from Chaplin's - new and used - and they ALWAYS taken excellent care of us. I send all my friends in the market for a car there. Over the years we have come to know many of the staff - which by the way, seems to have a low turnover rate - and they are always professional, friendly, super helpful, honest and fair. I have never left there feeling like I made a bad deal.

        I bought a VW Jetta here. During the process I dropped $100 cash in the parking lot. One of their employees found it and when I mentioned to my salesman that I lost some money, he had already heard that another employee found it. It was after hours by then and the money had been locked up, so the manager wrote me a check for $100 on the spot! Needless to say I was very impressed! Love the car too!
