I'm not one to usually complain but today's issue really drove me to the edge and I know greed played a huge part in today's situation! I'm going to make this nice and short, this isn't the first time this happens to me at this station. When I use my reward points the pump the stops on its own and ends my transaction and doesn't even fill my tank! Today it happened at a little over a gallon. My main reason for reaching out is because I know branding is everything and Shell has been a trusted name for me personally for years and it's not fair that a greedy station like this could be as low as to not even respect the customer. I went inside to speak with attendant he was ready to redo my transaction but without my rewards points which I found odd! Another red flag is that I wanted proof to show that my pump stopped on its own and the pump receipt wouldn't print through the machine. I had to physically go inside and ask for it, over all I learned my lesson I won't be going back to this location, but I felt the need to reach out because like I said this hurts the Shell brand not this station alone and I wouldn't want other people to be taken advantage of like I was on more than one occasion.


I brought this to the attention of the gas station attendant, that this rewards issue only happens at this location and the exact quote I received was "Well that's your answer don't come here." That's how I know these people manipulate the pump to stop on its own so people can't use all their rewards here. They don't even care for their customers.
