I dropped by computers off with this guy on Thursday. He told me that he may not get to them until sometime over the weekend but I should expect a call from him on Monday. Monday came and went so Tuesday I started calling him. My wife had to threaten legal action before he would even return our calls. We set a time for me to come by and retrieve my property. I showed up only to find the doors locked. Several more calls later he told me he had another appointment. Apparently this other appointment was so important that he couldn't be bothered to call me to reschedule but instead let me waste a quarter tank of gas and over an hour of my time. Finally, a week after I dropped them off I was able to pick them up, still broken. He claimed to have called me twice between our first conversation and our last, but this was an outright lie. We have Vonage. They log your calls so you can review the call history whenever we like. There was no voice mail and no record of his calls.



As I'm picking up my computers, instead of apologizing for the delays and lack of communication, he had the nerve to call my wife and I rude. Well of course we were, it cost us a week of our time, countless phone calls, $40 worth of gas and a $40 service charge to get our broken equipment back.
