easy acesss, nice location - one problem here was they had a pump nozzle that was leaking gas onto lot and after several customers told him still did nothing - took a visit from authorites with a hazmat team to get the pump shut down and the spill cleaned up. They also need to something about the rise between the road and their entrance - talk about a bump
