I’ve had multiple issues when it came to making a call in order on my lunch. There is a young blonde that has answered the phone then out you on hold and never come back to take your order. In which I can here her entire conversation that has clearly indicated she isn’t that busy to leave you on hold the entire time it takes to drive up there only to see the phone is still sitting off to the side and me still connected....
