Indy Curb Appeal Asphalt Maintenance

I hired these people to install asphalt in my driveway. Well we agreed on a particular price for 3 inches of material to be applied. Well when it came time to do the work, these people only ordered enough material to install two inches of asphalt. The area to be 3.500 sq. ft. at a depth of 3 inches would take at least three triax loads. this company elected to only have two triax loads delivered to my home. So i with their favorite word "APPROX." THEY SCREWED ME OUT OF 1 INCH MATERIAL PLUS HAVING A SUBSTANDARD INSTALLATION! I WOULD NOT REFER THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE, I THINK ANY POSITIVE REVIEW THEY RECEIVE ARE INSIDE AND FAMILY MEMBERS DOING THE REVIEWS!!! I FEEL THE SAME AS KYLE L. BELOW

Amazing company SAWCUT AND REMOVE 2 8X8 ASPHALT AREAS AROUND DRAIN COVERS. SET DRAINS TO GRADE, AND GRADE BASE DOWN 8 INCHES IN DEPTH. DRILL HOLES EVERY 18 TO 24 INCHES AROUND PERIMETER TO INSTALL #5 DOWELS. REPLACE AREAS WITH 4000 PSI EXTERIOR CONCRETE READY MIX WITH FIBERS AND APPLY BROOM FINISH. PLACE CONTROL JOINTS TO MINIMIZE STRESS CRACKS. DID AWESOME JOB

IVE USED THIS COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES. THEY ALWAYS COMMUNICATE WELL AND PRODUCE GREAT WORK. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM AND WOULD REFER TO ANYONE

I am not impressed with their work. They told me they would be out on a Wed. then when they did not show up I called. I was told that they were so busy they forgot to let me know that they would not be there until Fri. I told them that was unacceptable and somehow they found a way to get there on Thurs. I should have known then...

Once done, the work was not up to my expectations (which were clearly laid out in advance). Despite the salesman continuning to attempt to convince me that in his 3o+ years of experience, he knew what was a good job, it didn't matter! He clearly knew that I wanted an even and straight drive, no exceptions, no excuses! The challenges were discussed in advance of a NTP. I don't care how hard it was to make it happen, (which they didn't), that is why I went through the quote process. I withdrew a request for additional work from this company.
