Great service, awesome friendly staff. I was having problems with getting a letter jacket from the official supplier to my nephews school so I called Balfour and they said yes they can do it. We in late on a Thursday evening and Chantel helped my nephew out with the jacket. I was so happy I even went back the following Saturday to get his ring, that day Doug and Rob helped me out. I can't say enough about the service and staff. I will use them for my daughter and my other nephews. Once again thanks to Rob, who I learned is the owner, Doug and Chantel fire making me the best uncle ever....
