Keep your elderly parents away from this man. He is a high pressure manipulative salesman who overcharges and later if you have a problem or question,,too bad, so sad. He will be your best bud before and during the sale,, but once your parent gets home and realizes there is a problem you can forget it! He puts "sample" hearing aids on his victim and takes them outside to "hear the birds sing". The sample hearing aid is hooked up to a remote control which makes bird chirping sounds on command. He pressures and convinces them that the need to buy the most expensive (overpriced) devices without ever showing them or letting them try anything else. STAY AWAY!
